Mitchelstown Parchment Block Cheese

The excellence of our Mitchelstown Parchment Cheddar Block range was acknowledged when it won a number of prestigious awards at IFEX in Dublin. This range is comprised of three distinct flavour profiles to suit your palate and includes; Mild Cheddar, Medium Mature Cheddar and Extra Mature Cheddar. They are available in 275g and 475g blocks, combining traditional cheese with a contemporary look.
